The Performance Consulting (PC) team experienced the following performance challenges: wasting time looking for scattered content, retaining and applying knowledge from isolated training courses, and finding the right experts.

Solution

We proposed a role-contextual platform to enable two-click access to what is needed, in the form needed, at the very moment of need, to efficiently and effectively accomplish their tasks. We also enabled access to experts, peer discussions, and skill-building courses in context of each topic. Finally, we integrated a powerful data anlaytics platform to generate insight on their usage of the platform and its content.
