The AT&T Business Customer Service organization requested a resume writing and interviewing workshop for all their service agents.
Solution
We designed a on-the-job platform to organize the right resume writing and interviewing concepts, processes, examples, templates, and more. We then partnered with ambassadors from each center to deliver the workshops through the platform and one-page facilitator guides.

The solution enhanced the number of internal promotions and as a result employee experience (EX) eNPS numbers.
