AT&T University has more than 300 designers and managers serving the learning and performance needs of the business. They needed a centralized and intuitive platform to organize their knowledge and increase their productivity.


Solution

A knowledge-base designed with the latest Performance Support and Knowledge Management principles. The solution (IDPro) centralized critical information, enabled two-click access to all topics, allowed designers to rapidly curate and update content, and most importantly enhanced performance and collaboration in the workplace. Furthermore, we were able to integrate a formal skills transformation program within the platform without compromising the performance support experience.
