Customer Use Cases Training

 

Situation

The AT&T Business client requested a self-paced training program to certify their 2K+ salesforce on the AT&T Voice & Collaboration solution portfolio.


Solution

We designed voice-narrated animations demonstrating and simulating real-world customer discovery and solution presentation meetings. I worked very closely with product marketing managers, sales channel enablement teams, and voice transformation teams to develop the right script using the official AT&T sales methodology. During the development phase, I recorded the narrations in a soundproof studio using Adobe Audition and designed theĀ  animations using Adobe After Effects.


Value

The animations contributed to enhancing the confidence and performance of the target audience. They appreciated the opportunity to observe an expert/master seller demonstrate their performance in a real-world customer context.
