Conference Call Essentials Training

 

Situation

A team within our Global Service & Operations organization needed to build capabilities and performance of their Service Engineers.


Solution

Working closely with the Service Engineers and their supervisors, we designed a 30-minute course with examples of what right looks like using voice narrated animations using Adobe After Effects, and a branching scenario practice activity using Twine.


Value

The course received high ratings and very positive feedback by the Service Engineers. One engineer wrote, “Course is very useful and its gives us confidence on how to effectively handle a customer conference call.”
